EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW

Lilavati hospital & analysis centre is incredibly well known clinic in Mumbai & in India in addition to its superb research features & renowned researchers. This project can be titled because performance evaluation system by Lilavati clinic & tries to find out the different aspects of functionality appraisal inside the hospital. Different officials employed in the HRD department have provided extremely important data in this respect. Formal & informal interviews as well as the exploration (through questionnaire) are the fundamental methods of info collection used in this project work. Also secondary info provided by a healthcare facility officials is of immense importance. Every efforts has been built to understand the long term plans of hospitals pertaining to implementing performance appraisal system. As a healthcare facility is a services industry; employees serving in the hospital are definitely the most important elements & this is why performance evaluation becomes very important in the long run. Taking into account this element, the performance appraisal plan currently being performed is been observed. Also the training directed at employees is usually studied & suggestions have been suggested to enhance quality & implementation of performance appraisal program.
